Report Guarantee

• All reports are with guarantee that they will not show any significant* difference in test results when compared within allowable variation with laboratories like metropolis, SRL ,Dr Lal lab.
• If in case the result of CLINICURE DIAGNOSTICS found inconsistent / significantly different with above mentioned laboratories then the CLINICURE DIAGNOSTICS will refund the money of that test/tests.

OR


• If the clinician is of suspicions that, the results do not match the clinical conditions of patient, than clinician by his discretion or his clinical judgement, if decides to resend the sample of same patient again to CLINICURE DIAGNOSTICS then :
1. And in case there is no significant difference found in between the two results, then the testing charge of the patient will be taken, but only at discounted rate of the original test charge.
2. *And in case if discrepancy found inbetween two results, the the test charges will not be taken by the CLINICURE DIAGNOSTICS for both original test /tests and the repeat test/ tests and amount if taken by CLINICURE DIAGNOSTICS will be refunded to the patient/clinician.

The following condition has to be fulfilled for allowing the above claim

1. With the receipt of report of the test/ tests, by the clinician, if the clinician is of suspicions that the results does not match the clinical conditions then, the clinicians/patient/or patients relatives should immediately inform the lab of the suspicious report either through phone or any other rapid medium like whats app, SMS, Email.
2. The repeat sample thus sent to verify the particular test result to CLINICURE DIAGNOSTICS should be labelled as repeat by the clinician with mentioning of previous result on requisition form of repeat test.
3. The difference in report time and date between the CLINICURE DIAGNOSTICS and the result given by other labs should not be of more than 24hrs of duration.
4. There should not be significant change in the disease condition of patient or any therapeutic intervention given to patient In between the said interval.
5. Maximum liability of CLINICURE DIAGNOSTICS for the patient/clinicians with respect to any reports dispatch by CLINICURE DIAGNOSTICS in any case will never exceed that of the amount received for doing that particular test by clinicure diagnostic Centre from that patients.
6. The CLINICURE DIAGNOSTICS Guarantee on its reports is not applied to test/tests done through third party laboratory. And any grievance / request/ settlement if needed , by the patient / clinicians should be done directly to lab which has done the reports. The role of CLINICURE DIAGNOSTICS is only of facilitator between patient/clinician and third party labortory.
